services, consulting, management, and operational finance. Michael began his career at Price Waterhouse Coopers, LLP where he spent six
years in the Middle Market Advisory Services group. Michael has been with the Infraservices organization since 2012, having previously served as Vice
President of Operations Finance for NX Utilities. Now he serves as the Executive Vice President of Finance for InfraServices.
