What is something you are passionate about?
Training. I love the idea of sharing knowledge and information that was not given to me when I first started in this industry. I get great satisfaction from ensuring that an individual can learn and apply new skills to make a safe work environment, and also be proficient in those skills. In an industry that can be dangerous, we need to ensure we keep training and always apply safety practices of the highest standard.
What are your top three life highlights?
Becoming a father of three (one boy and two girls). Each was a separate highlight in my life, which are ultimately are my three greatest blessings.
What is the best advice you can give to someone who just started their career?
Learn it, live it, love it! I knew when I first started my career, I wanted to learn anything I possibly could to become an asset to the company. I made sure to apply it throughout my day-to-day tasks and thankfully it has paid off with the endless opportunities this industry seems to offer.

In his fulfillment technician role, Sani installs and troubleshoots Comcast-provided cable services in the Freedom Region. He gets great joy out of installing new television, internet, WiFi, and phone services for customers, but his greatest satisfaction comes from solving service problems for his customers. Seeing a happy customer and knowing that he was able to solve their problem is the most rewarding experience for him at InfraServices.
Who inspired you to pursue the career you have today?
My friend and soccer teammate John worked in telecommunications and encouraged me to come work with him. John trained me and I quickly fell in love with the job. What is your favorite family tradition?
My family has a long tradition of placing love and respect at the top of the list of our core values. These values were instilled in me at a very young age in my home country of Ghana where it’s a part of life for all. I place high personal emphasis on love and respect for all and this has allowed me to get to know people at a level higher than what is just on the surface.
What energizes you outside of work?
Outside of work, my religion and my family energize me most. We have learned a great deal from our religious teachings of right vs wrong and we follow our religious beliefs to do good in life and make a difference in others’ lives.

Before I started working for FNS, now InfraServices Renewables, I worked on the flight deck as an Airman aboard the USS Harry S Truman aircraft carrier. The things you would see on a daily basis were unreal.
