Segment Update
2022 has already been a busy year for InfraServices Recovery Logistics, Renewables, and Concurrent! In just a few months, our teams have managed several disaster recovery deployments and broke ground on new power projects throughout the country. We give you the latest updates on each segment below:
InfraServices Recovery Logistics
In just the first two months of 2022, InfraServices Recovery Logistics has worked eight winter storms (Frida, Garrett, Izzy, Jasper, Keenan, Landon, Miles, and Oaklee) for three different clients, including our first deployments for Dominion Energy in Virginia. Thanks to our new, multifunctional Command Center, the Recovery team has increased efficiency in deployments, benefitting both our customers and employees. This Command Center allows for better communication between Logistics and Operations groups at headquarters, as well as incredible tools and visuals for mission status overview. The center is mainly used for disaster recovery deployments, but will also be configured for training events, meetings, and many other uses between deployments. In addition to their logistics and operations work, the team works year-round to continue growing the client base, so that InfraServices Recovery Logistics is deployed whenever, and wherever disaster strikes in the US.

InfraServices Power: Concurrent
Things have been equally busy over at Concurrent. Since InfraServices acquired Concurrent in August of 2021, we have increased our 16 overhead crews (74 workers) and 4 underground crews (8 workers) to 21 overhead crews (96 workers) and 7 underground crews (14 workers). Many of these crews were deployed to Louisiana in September 2021 to assist with Hurricane Ida recovery and stayed at our Recovery Logistics base camp. The hot food, hot showers, and beds were well appreciated after long 16-hour days working to restore power to the people of Louisiana.
Shortly after the acquisition, InfraServices Management met with the Florida Power and Light (FPL) leadership team to give them their vision for InfraServices and Concurrent. We have since been issued over 97,000 hours of work by FPL with more to come. We look forward to even more growth in 2022 now that Concurrent is a part of the InfraServices family!

InfraServices Renewables: Fiber Network Solutions
Not to be outdone, our InfraServices Renewables team began their latest wind farm project in March. The Limestone Wind Project in Navarro County Texas will consist of over 108 miles of underground boring, trenching, plowing, and installation of over 432 miles of power and communications cables to supply 88 GE 3.4-Megawatt Wind Turbines. Construction on the project is expected to continue through September of this year.
Additionally, InfraServices Renewables will begin construction on a multi-phase fiber-to-the-home project in rural, north-central Arkansas. This project will begin with an initial contract of over 20 miles of underground and aerial fiber installation to provide high-speed internet connections to hundreds of rural homes which previously had very few, if any, options for this service. We are excited to begin the project and hope to secure additional phases of the work promised over the next three years.
Bidding on new fiber projects has been brisk during the first quarter of 2022. We are looking forward to seeing several, new awards throughout the year for InfraServices Renewables so that we can bring high-speed internet to areas that are long overdue.
